My passion for holistic health began at a very young age. After being in intensive care following a severe asthma attack, I spent years battling symptoms like crippling anxiety, frequent psychologist visits, a suspected cancer diagnosis, and eventually an autoimmune thyroid condition. These health challenges impacted every part of my life—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

But deep down, I knew this wasn’t my story. Determined to find a better way, I embarked on a personal journey to reclaim my health and vitality. Through holistic strategies and lifestyle changes, I regained control of my well-being, and now I’m passionate about helping others do the same. I believe in empowering individuals with simple, effective tools to restore their health, find clarity, and become everything they are meant to be.
